Some studies have shown arnica flower oil may reduce swelling and inflammation due to overworked muscles and promote healing. Muscle Balm comes in a 2 ounce glass jar with a white metal lid. The mini comes in a 1 ounce glass jar with a white metal lid. To apply, simply apply a small amount as needed, relax, give yourself a mini massage(don't skip this step!), and you're all set!
