Our handpicked, estate-grown fruit delivers intensity, supported by fine tannin and bright acidity. This wine spends up to 16 months in French oak (20 - 40% new), depending on the season. "Stems" is Durif with up to 85% stems included during fermentation, resulting in a striking, savoury and structured wine. Handpicked, estate grown, wild fermentation. Matured in Foudre (no new oak).
