Music is a hardneck garlic of the Porcelain variety. It averages 4-5 very large cloves per bulb. Music wrappers are a brilliant white with pink skin around the cloves. It stores 8- 9 months under proper storage conditions. Flavour: Music is full-flavoured, medium-hot garlic with a musky flavour. It is hot and pungent when raw, but sweet and fragrant when baked or roasted. Due to the large clove size one clove can flavour an entire dish. Use to flavour meats, vinaigrettes, mustards and vinegar. Does well in dishes that call for an aggressive garlic character. Growing Conditions: Music is a hardy, healthy, easy to grow garlic that performs well in cold climates. Show more
