Tropical Glitz Neon paints are manufactured using the finest ingredients. Our neon paints are semi-transparent and should be mixed 1:1 using one of our Tropical Glitz Premium Reduc ers. We highly recommend spraying neon colors over a white ground coat to achieve optimal results. Please note that neon colors are not UV resistant and will fade.
