Drifting through the nose are attractive ripe pear, baked apple and quince scents followed by some subtle dried honey and toast notes. Vividly crisp green apple, quince and lemon fruits have a zippy, electric like feel across the palate. Finishes bone dry and chalky with some minerality also evident.
