MW-850X20-4 is a four vertical tube microwave furnace (MPCVD). Four OD 20 mm x ID 16 mmx L 200mm with vacuum flanges & valves are inserted into a 1200W microwave furnace vertically for processing multi-sample up to 850ºC. For air-sensitive materials, sample can be loaded inside a glovebox, then closed valve, sintering sample in microwave furnace, then take sample off inside glovebox to avoid sample contact air .
