We do not believe that decaf should be a compromise. Many of the decaf coffees we’ve tried are “just okay”. We wanted to offer a decaf coffee that was fun to drink, offering comple xity and sweetness across brewing methods. This coffee, grown by farmers around the village of Shakiso in Sidama, meets that criteria.
