Many of our customers love offset weight training where a user purposefully adds multiple plates to one end of the dumbbell vs the other. This creates a purposefully unbalanced dumbbell, As many movements in everyday life are unbalanced, working with offset weight training may help with balance, muscle focus and injury prevention. At the very least, experimenting with off set / unbalanced dumbbells can add some fun variety to normal movements not available with other dumbbells.
