My Anchor by Birth Pool in a Box is a single use, adjustable anchor strap that can be used with any Birth Pool in Box pool. The 'H' shaped strap is secured to the outside handles o f the pool, giving the labouring woman something to pull against while she pushes during the second phase of labour.
