Barbara van Pragg was the first person to join the Unification Movement in Europe, that was in 1965. Before meeting the movement, Barbara had already led a very full life which cou ld have taken her in many successful directions: teaching, academia, even politics. Instead Barbara chose nursing and midwifery, then on to opera singing. Always a deeply religious person that cared for others, Barbara was guided by Jesus to discover the Divine Principle and Rev Sun Myung Moon.
