This is a multidimensional program and apparatus, composed of a multifunctional staff, mat, disk, multi-port anchoring system, and multidimensional workout platform, with custom sets of weights and resistance bands. With diverse planes of training, MYMODE reaches the deepest muscle layers–designed to combat age-related muscle loss and imbalance. The individual pieces of the MYMODE apparatus come together in an eco-conscious wooden box with four different levels, which serves as the platform for the workout. With a custom-tailored staff socket, the workout platform was designed to enable multidirectional movement.
