Step 1 : With the metal tongs, pick up the charcoal disk and light until all the edges are glowing. Allow disk to sit for 2-3 minutes until the it glows red and the surface covered in white ash.Step 2 : Place a small amount of the myrrh resin on top of the charcoal disk. It will start filling the room up with its aroma. The disk will remain hot for up to 1 hour. Step 3 : Allow to cool for 2 hours before extinguishing. Pick up the disk with metal tongs and fully submerge in water to extinguish.
