Mystery bundle of four calligraphy inks chosen by us and given to you at this exclusive price! The inks will be from our matt range of 36 colours. This ink has been made by hand in our Dundee studio in Scotland and is designed for pointed pen or brush calligraphy. Each ink colour comes in a 0.53 fl oz / 15 ml glass jar. Our inks are water based and are ready to use. They work perfectly with our Blank Paper Pads. If your ink seems too thin for your nib, then you can let it sit out for a couple of hours with the lid off to allow some of the water to evaporate. Overtime, your ink will thicken, but all you need to do is add a couple of drops of water to bring it back to the desired consistency. Always stir your ink before use (do not shake) and wipe round the edges of the jar when you are finished to stop the ink drying and the lid sticking. Metallic inks need to be stirred regularly during use to distribute the pigment.
