Our coffee stays fresh longer because we use a machine that creates a low-oxygen seal when packaging. You can store our coffee for up to two weeks in an airtight container away from heat and light exposure without losing that fresh coffee taste. The oil comes from the coffee beans and is a natural part of the roasting process when creating dark roasts.
