eGFP saRNA is usually used as an internal reference RNA. The Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (eGFP) is an optimized variant of wild-type GFP, with maximum excitation/emission wavelengths at 488 nm/509 nm. As a widely used reporter molecule, eGFP emits intense green fluorescence upon excitation, detectable via fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. The eGFP saRNA is synthesized via one-step transcription from a linear template using T7 RNA polymerase and LZCap AU cap (Cat:10685ES), followed by purification. Upon cellular delivery, this RNA enables sustained expression of the green fluorescent protein. Compared to Cap0 structures and other commercially available Cap1 analogs, the LZCapAU Cap1 structure significantly enhances RNA stability and prolongs protein expression efficiency.
