Software tuning of vehicle is NOT required, without software tuning the coil output is xxxMj with software tuning available from most major software and tuning companies the coil output can be increased to 118mJ. May require removal of the factory airbox, and removal of post on manifold (Cars that have airbox on top of the intake manifold) Aftermarket Manifold - Intended for use with a Black Market Parts aftermarket intake manifold and mounts to the mounting tabs for the Port Injection fuel rail. *Aftermarket intake highly recommended and may be required on some applications. Not compatible with OEM airbox (or any airbox that sits on the manifold in the same location as the coils) and may require removal of a mounting peg on the manifold. **F10 and e9x N55 Chassis cannot fit both ignition kit and aftermarket manifold due to inlet location across the back of the engine.
