The hand-harvested fruit is direct-pressed, ferments naturally in stainless steel, and completes malolactic fermentation to soften the profile. To add depth and harmony, the blend incorporates 25% reserve wine before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle. Finished as a bone-dry Brut Nature with zero dosage, it is a brilliantly soft, pure, and easy-drinking fizz. Pale gold in the glass with a fine, steady stream of bubbles, it leads with an inviting bouquet of pear drops, quince, elderflower, and fresh floral notes. On the palate, those bright, aromatic fruit characters are balanced by a touch of creaminess that makes the wine feel smooth and effortless.
