Double-sided banana shape file with a fine 180 grit for nails and a rough 80 grit for skin. Three layers of each grit on a wooden core. Peel the banana to reveal a fresh layer. Dir ections: For best result use on clean and dry skin or nails, to shape and smooth. File nails in one direction from the outer edge towards the middle of the nail using the fine grit side. Take care not file nails too short. For dry cracked skin and calluses, start with the rough grit and finish with the fine grit. grit 80 = coarse, hard for skin grit 180 = fine, soft for nails 6 files in one!
