You will see our drop off/pickup box to the left of our front door. Please remove all contents from the backpack, and include your order confirmation number on a piece of paper inside the front pocket. Once your order is ready to collect you will receive a pickup notification via your mobile number/email provided. We do have CCTV in place, and we are located in a very quiet pocket, and have had no theft to date. Although our drop off/pickup box is our of sight from the curb, and we regularly empty the our drop off/pickup box, we can not take responsibility for items dropped off or awaiting collection.
