This Darjeeling is a strong bodied black tea from the second harvest of the Namring Tea Estate. Namring is a historic estate located in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains. Enjoy this premium selection with milk, sweetened, or all on it’s own. The Namring Tea Estate was established in 1855 when the Darjeeling Company built four tea gardens. The estate is broken up into Upper and Lower divisions with three gardens; Poomong, Jingiam, and Namring. The Namring Garden rises above 1700 meters, 5575 feet. The rest of the estate goes down as low as 1000 meters, 3280 feet. A beautiful, reddish cup offers rich, malty aromas. A fresh flavor profile showcases the terroir of the gardens, ending in a refreshing, clean finish.
