Once Applied, a thin layer (500 nm of SiO2 Silicon Dioxide) is formed which does not affect the appearance of the leather surface. We recommend doing a test on a small area first (1 coat or 2 coats). Allow it to cure for 24 hours to determine the desired results. STEP 2. Before you apply, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of residues. Shake thoroughly before use. Do not dilute with water as it is ready to use. Spray evenly (15 cm away) on the surface and using a clean lint free cloth rubbing back and forth or circular motion leaving it a clear finish. STEP 3. Nano4-Leather takes about 24 – 48 hours to be fully cured. The time required for curing may vary depending on ambient temperatures. Once dried the coating becomes invisible. Nano4-Leather offers long life protection of up to 5 years for new surfaces and when applied correctly according to instructions and maintained according to Nano4Life’s maintenance guide. However, you may need to re-apply earlier depending on the usage and to achieve the optimum results. TIPS For leather sofa, lounge, jackets, seats: Apply 1 even coat as per instructions. You may apply a second coat for a professional result and optimum protection. For shoes: Apply 2 coats as per instructions are given. Apply the 2nd coat after 5 minutes. You may let it dry in the sun to speed up the curing process. Check to see if there are any areas you may have missed and reapply as required.
