Previously known as our Nantucket Blend, this customer favorite has been reintroduced with a name that better reflects its Mediterranean character. This versatile seasoning is especially delicious with poultry such as chicken, turkey, duck, or game hens. For best results, use about 1 teaspoon of seasoning per pound of poultry and rub generously on the outside of the skin or under the skin before roasting or grilling. For even distribution, mix the seasoning with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil before applying. Beyond poultry, this blend also shines on seafood, roasted vegetables, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and homemade stuffing, adding a bright herbal flavor with a subtle citrus lift.
