TOMManikin and TAMikin replacement limbs let you expand or reconfigure your existing simulator without replacing the whole system. Each limb is purpose-built for specific training objectives — haemorrhage control, tourniquet application, burn assessment, IV/IO access, and pulse assessment — giving instructors the flexibility to build varied casualty scenarios from a single platform. All limbs are constructed from 100% silicone with an internal metal bone structure. Select the variant that matches your training requirement. Variants Left Arm — Uninjured: Radial pulse, antecubital IV access with flash, and humeral IO site (procedural only). Pulse controlled via NARS tablet. Left Arm — Burns: Circumferential first, second, and third degree burns for burn assessment and treatment training. Right Arm — Burns: Mirror of the Left Arm Burns variant for bilateral or multi-casualty burn scenarios. Right Arm — Shrapnel Injuries: Widespread penetrating shrapnel wounds with multi-site bleeding. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible. Left Leg — Uninjured: Clean limb presentation for vascular access, assessment, or scenario reset. Right Leg — Gunshot Wound: Through-and-through lateral entry and medial exit wound. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible. Right Leg — Partial Amputation: Exposed bone, soft tissue damage, and massive active bleeding. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible.
