This is part of Nara Brewing's N Bottle Conditioned Series with Bread yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) introduced during bottling of their standard Integral Belgian saison. A bouqu et of distinctively wild, earthy & complex aromas interlaced with warm spice and herbs emanate when first poured into a glass. Bready spice notes, clean citrus acidity with dark berry like flavours emerge on the mid & back palate. Fascinating complexity with amazing drinkability! Extended maturation will allow this to evolve further. 奈良醸造定番セゾン「INTEGRAL」のレシピをベースとしながら、瓶詰時に異なる酵母を入れることで異なる味わいに仕上げています。グラスに注ぐと、まず感じられるのは土のようなワイルドなアロマ。口に含むと、スパイシーで複雑な味わいを感じられ、程よい酸味とドライな仕上がりが全体を引き締めます。最後に現れるのは、ベリーを思わせるような繊細な風味。一杯のなかに多層的な味わいの変化を楽しんで頂けます。一定期間の熟成を経てからリリースをしているこのシリーズ。お手に取ったその日から楽しめますが、寝かせることでさらなる味わいの変化を待つとまた違った味わいを感じていただけることでしょう。 Show more
