Its sleek design, ultra-compact size, and high-brightness LEDs make it ideal for referencing the mixture range at a glance. Knowing the air/fuel mixture ratio is essential to achieve peak performance in combustion engines. Poor carburetion can result in a rich mixture, leading to high fuel consumption and reduced performance. On the other hand, a lean mixture can cause pre-ignition (knocking), which—if repeated for just a few seconds—can raise pressure and temperature inside the combustion chamber and cause irreversible engine damage.
