The hypoallergenic nature makes it non-irritating to skin, but the strong adhesion is important to keep the strip adhered all night and make sure it does not fall off. However, if you find the adhesive too strong for your skin, then try the following.1. Peel the backing off the nasal strip and gently adhere it to the palm of your hand, and then remove it. Each time this is done, the adhesive's strength is reduced. Repeat 2-3 times before applying to the lower part of your nose with gentle pressure.2. It is also very important to remove the strip very slowly in the morning. If you feel it’s too sticky, try wetting it with water for a couple of minutes (to help dissolve the adhesive) before removing it to prevent skin irritation or damage.3. Another option to weaken the adhesive is to apply moisturiser on your nose before application.4. It is important to use moisturising cream to nourish the skin after removing the strip to maintain skin health and hydration.
