The Nash Butt Lock levers grip and lock your rods in place even on the most severe takes. When you place the handle part of your rod into the open butt lock and push down, the cam action in the butt lock releases the two arms to lock over the handle of your rod, locking it into place. Then, when you have a run or want to reel in, lift the rod as you usually would, and the arms will spring open.
