The nasi schijf is a beloved Dutch-Indonesian snack that's been a fixture in Dutch snack bars for decades. It's a golden, crumbed disc filled with savoury nasi goreng — Indonesian- style fried rice seasoned with aromatic spices. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside. It's the kind of snack that perfectly captures the Dutch love of Indonesian-inspired food — simple, satisfying, and full of flavour. Delicious on its own or paired with sambal oelek for extra flavour. Show more
