Saheli Women is a female-led ethical fashion social enterprise that aims to financially empower women by providing sustainable livelihood opportunities. Featuring an off-the-shoulder design and smocking at the waist, the Nasibi Top is a modern take on an everyday garment. Named after Nasibi, one of the Saheli Women artisans, who is always laughing and glowing, this energy is embodied by anyone who wears the top. The multicoloured handloom cotton design was an experimental piece designed by the Saheli Women's handloom Masterji to use the small bits of leftover yarn from past production. Because of this, no piece from the multicoloured handloom will be exactly the same. This is the beauty of the design, making each garment truly unique, and a continuation of Saheli Women's work to reduce waste in the fashion industry.
