The winners are best in their class and that is what this box contains.Here is a selection of VSC cheeses that have won national awards at the American Cheese Society. Shipped in a keepsake real wood box, 12x12 inches, with mitered corners, fire branded with the valley shepherd logo. They are paired with charcuterie made in the old fashion way of fermentation and dry curing from the meat of our naturally fed pigs.The cheese inside is cut into substantial hunks as follows:• 1/2 lb. of Crema de Blue• 1/2 lb. of Somerset• 1/2 lb. of Shepherd Basket• 1/2 lb. of Nettlesome• VSC Dry-cured Sausage • artisan thin wafer Crackers • VSC Seasonal Full-Size Jam Shipped in a real wood keepsake box, 12x12 with mitered corners and fire branded with our logo. Upgrade by changing to half-pound chunks (+$20) and/or adding a few extra goodies. Our artisan cheeses are released weekly from our cave thus not always readily available. We do reserve the right to substitute a similar cheese of equal or more value. We like to ship on Mondays & Tuesdays for the sake of the cheese. Please ask if you need a certain date or accommodations, we are very reasonable. OUR BASKET PHILOSOPHY: WE are not a fulfillment center for a slick online gift site. We are a dairy farm. We 'shop' for your items in our store and put REAL stuff in our gift boxes. We do not stuff them with 'fluff' like big bags of $2 dry pasta, low grade flavored cheeses, plastic vac pac items or unknown weight of cheese.
