Native honey is very much a natural bush blend of honey. Like all of our honey, we don't do any blending during the processing, the honey is exactly as the bees have brought it in. It's got a strong bush flavour, without being over powering. It's less of a creamy honey and will go solid quickly like the characteristics of Manuka Honey. While we've been producing this honey for years we have been selling in bulk until this year where we decided to give something new a go. A local well known bakery has been using it for nearly a year and is always raving and winning awards for their Honey & Cinnamon Cookies, Honey Oat Bread and Hot Cross Buns using honey as a sugar replacement, so we thought why not test the public and see what people think. To date, response has been amazing and people are loving it. - A flavour that's here to stay! Our Native Honey is packaged in a 350g sustainable glass jar and beautifully presented.
