Led by Karen, holistic facialist and natural skincare specialist, you'll spend the session exploring what's really in your products, what your skin actually needs, and how to build a simple, effective routine that works for your life without the overwhelm. Understanding certifications and what terms like organic, cruelty-free and biodynamic actually mean in practice How to read an ingredient label with confidence. Demystifying INCI names, identifying what to embrace and what to question Where to find reliable, independent information on ingredients, so you're never just taking a brand's word for it How to audit your current routine; what to keep, what to reconsider, and how to make gradual, sustainable changes (you'll take home worksheets to work through at your own pace) Building a simple but effective daily routine using natural and botanically-led products with slight tweaks for morning and evening with products tailored to your skin type and where your skin is right now The session rounds off with the most enjoyable part: guided by Karen, you'll work through your newly built routine, applying products to your own skin and learning the application techniques that make a real difference to how your products perform.Throughout the session there'll be plenty of time to smell, sample and explore a carefully chosen edit of natural products as well as to ask Karen all the questions you've never quite known who to ask. You'll leave with a clear, personalised routine that makes sense for your skin, the confidence to shop and read labels independently, and an honest, no-agenda edit of the products worth making room for.
