The only difference is the addition of naturally occurring calcium fluoride at 1350ppm - the same level as conventional toothpastes. If you prefer to avoid fluoride entirely, the fluoride-free version uses the same base formula without it. Why is it non-foaming? The foam in conventional toothpaste comes from SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate), which is a synthetic detergent. Georganics leave it out - the toothpaste still cleans effectively, it just doesn't foam.
