Natures Aid - MSM 1000mg - 90 Tablets Methylsulphonylmethane, more easily known by the initials MSM is a naturally occurring organic sulphur compound found in all living plant and animal tissues. Although sulphur is the fourth most plentiful mineral in the body, and can be found in almost every cell, it is only in recent times that we have begun to rediscover the importance of sulphur. MSM is easily destroyed by food processing and this, in combination with the fact that sulphur is continually excreted by the body, points to the possibility that supplementation may be useful for those looking to increase their daily sulphur intake. Our MSM tablets provide 1000mg of this sulphur containing nutrient and are suitable for those on a vegan diet as well as being free from lactose, wheat and gluten. Directions for use: Take 1 tablet twice per day with food. To obtain maximum benefit from this nutritional supplement, the initial dose can be increased gradually up to 3 tablets twice per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ingredients: Methylsulphonylmethane, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).
