This blue dish drying mat wicks water away from dishes, stays flat, and goes in the washing machine when dirty. Most customers rotate two — one in use, one in the wash. Pairs with A dish drying rack on top. The rack holds the dishes; the mat catches the drip. Together they keep your counter dry without thinking about it. Frequently Asked Questions Will the navy color fade in the wash? No. We use reactive dyes that bond to the fiber. Cold-water wash preserves color indefinitely. Customers who've had theirs 2+ years report same shade as day one. Can this go in the dryer? Line-dry is best — heat can degrade the rubber backing over time. If you must use a dryer, use low heat. Is this the large dish drying mat size? 18×24 inches is our medium-large size — ideal for single-sink setups. For families of 5+, consider pairing with a 2-tier dish drying rack. How is microfiber better than cotton? Microfiber fibers are 1/100 the thickness of cotton — so one mat has exponentially more surface area, which means faster absorption and faster drying. Does it smell when it gets wet? Not unless you leave it wet and folded. Drape it over the dish rack between uses to air-dry. Machine wash monthly.
