This ex-designer fabric is a soft twill. It's in a dark navy blue colour that is opaque. It has a peached top finish, almost brushed, and a smooth sateen reverse. Lightweight with a subtle twill structure. Lovely handle that feels like cotton. So easy to use for so many projects, like jackets, totes, and homewares!
