With layers of estery sweetness, soft red fruit and subtle smokiness, creating a rich and indulgent rum that is wonderfully uncompromising. With only XX bottles produced, this is a truly limited release for rum lovers and collectors alike. Tasting Notes On the nose: rich caramel and burnt wine, with warming barrel notes. On the palate: rich and viscous, with estery sweetness from the barrel, soft red fruits and a light smokiness. Notes of burnt wine develop alongside hints of soft spice, building in intensity before leading to a full-bodied, long-lingering finish. Try it: best enjoyed neat or over ice to appreciate its full depth and complexity. For something more decadent, use it to create a luxurious Rum Old Fashioned or Martinez.
