On-Site Field Support Visit: A NewBlue technician verifies that your product has been properly installed, configured, and connected. Full System Check: Reviews cabling, software versions, network configuration, and connected accessories. 4-Week Advance Notice Required: Booking requires pre-approval and a minimum of four weeks' notice via [email protected]. End-User Details Needed at Booking: Requires end-user contact information and tentative scheduling dates.
