A massive cloud of volcanic ash dwarfs the small pacific island over which it looms. It is not what it seems. The great plume known as the NEBULITH —cloud forever paralyzed into stone— hangs above the Pacific Isle of Awa Nikko, a pearl of the East China Sea, containing miles of tunnels, dangers, and unknown wonders. The book you are now holding contains a complete guide to the delights and terrors of this setting as well as a variety of tools for fantasy adventures in the Far East, including new martial arts rules and schools, new magic based on the traditions of the Pacific Islands, new classes (samurai, ninja, pirate, karate master, and more) designed specifically to put a distinctly Eastern spin on adventures without sacrificing old school flavor, plus a variety of tables, maps, adventure locations, creatures, spirits and NPCs made to handle everything from political intrigue in the daimyo’s court to duels with insect demons beneath waterfalls of liquid glass. Brought to you by award-winning artist, writer, book-designer, and cartographer Zak S. and Alex H., who works in Okinawa at one of the only poison sea snake restaurants in the world (and whose in-laws helped keep this book honest). Molly Scanlon is an artist, art director, and award-winning designer specializing in educational books and games.
