Replaces the Neck Connector for: Females: Bibo+, Vanilla, TnF Gen2 Males: TBSE, Vanilla Races excluded: Lalafell (doesn't need it), Male Roe, Hrothgar. Updated for Dawntrail. Notes : The female version is now included in Dawntrail Bibo+ modpack. Fixes neck connector causing 'seams' with non-vanilla scales, and black neck tattoos.This is achieved by decoupling the neck connector mesh from Fac A. Priority: Higher than any other conflicts. Disclaimers: This does NOT fix any texture seams, which happens with most scales. This does not fix the normals seam that's visible when the skin is glossy or under bright light conditions. I did not do a Gen 3 version because there wasn't enough space on the texture for an extra UV row. Includes a devkit folder for sculpt & tattoo creators - please refer to the README for more info.
