Product Details: Size: Our Neck/Shoulder size Hot and Cold Pack measures 50 cm at it's widest point. Cover Care: Our covers are MACHINE WASHABLE! We crafted these with you in mind, so you don't need to buy a new pack every time yours gets dirty. Skip the spot cleaning hassle—simply remove the cover and toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle (cold wash preferred). Line dry for best results, and give it a quick iron if desired. Please note that all our packs are handmade, so pattern placement may vary, making each one unique. Usage Instructions: To Heat: Adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is reached (approximately 60-120 seconds total). Shake to evenly disperse heat. Important: Do not use without the cover. To Cool: Wrap your pack in a zip lock or plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It can be stored there for frequent use or chilled for about one hour to use as a cool pack. WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns if placed on the skin or damage the pack.
