This three pence coin from Ireland was in circulation between 1928 and 1968. This vintage Irish coin is approximately 16 mm. It features a Gaelic harp alongside the text "Eire" (Ir eland) and date of minting on the front and a hare on the back. Designed with an engraved, 9ct gold border including engravings of Ogham markings, an ancient writing system consisting of lines and notches carved onto stone. Show more
