We built Necropolis as a Rider-Waite deck first and an afterlife world second. The structure stays exactly where you'd expect it, so if you already read tarot, you already know how to read this. What changes is who's on the cards: every archetype is carried by a skeletal figure, moving through ruined landscapes and gothic surrealist scenes. Visual style Skeletal figures, ruined architecture, luminous atmospheric details against dark, dramatic staging. We kept the same recurring motifs and strong contrast across all 78 cards, so the deck reads as one world rather than a collection of separate illustrations.
