Sunset Dwarf Nectarine is a self-pollinating compact nectarine producing smooth-skinned, sweet, yellow-fleshed fruit in summer on a tree that stays manageable at around 1.5m. The n ectarine is essentially a smooth-skinned peach - the same richness and fragrance, without the fuzz. Like peaches, nectarines perform best where winter chill hours are adequate - the Hills and cooler southern Perth suburbs. Ripens December-January. Full sun. Well-drained soil.
