Conceived with our friends at Barbecues Galo re over a few cans inside The Chase at Bathurst this was developed by the experts at Smoked & Cured, just up the road from our distillery in Campbellfield. It's inspired by the bourbon-style flavours of NED, it's a harmonious blend of sweetness, spice and gentle oak char. Perfect for steak, chicken, or any protein and veg. 270g so there's plenty to throw around.
