Grown at altitudes between 1750 and 1950 meters above sea level, this heirloom-variety lot was processed naturally, allowing the full character of the fruit to develop during drying. We’ve roasted it to a medium-light level to highlight its clarity and sweetness without sacrificing body. In the cup, you’ll find vibrant notes of melon, honey, and a syrupy depth.
