About 'Nello' by FaeDesfa: This refreshing sparkling rosé is made from 100% Corbinello, an ancient local and rare variety known for its pronounced freshness. The 30-year-old vines grow on clay soil in the Euganean Hills, contributing to the wine's distinctive character. Following FaeDesfa's natural winemaking philosophy, the grapes are directly pressed, then fermented and aged in oak tonneaux for 6 months. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation with its own frozen must. Nello presents as a crisp, crunchy rosé pétnat with vibrant fruit character and intriguing licorice notes.
