Touch Neon Base – a collection of 10 incredibly vibrant base colors. The rich shades look great both with and without a white/milky base. The neon base easily replaces neon gel polish, saving the master’s time. It is the perfect solution for the summer season. It has excellent self-leveling properties, camouflages, and hides nail plate imperfections. The base is sufficiently pigmented, but it can be applied in a single layer, leveling with a small drop. Application method: Standard nail plate preparation, specifically:Surface filing with a 240 grit file or bufferDegreasing the nail plateApplying a dehydratorPrimer/ultrabond (acid-free primer) should be applied with a semi-dry brush, avoiding contact with the skin. It is best applied to the nail tip without layering. Apply a thin or rubbing layer of clear elastic base. Cure. Perform standard leveling with the Neon base.
