They are moderately easy to keep, making them a popular choice for both new and experienced reef hobbyists. For care, Frogspawn corals prefer moderate lighting and gentle to moderate, indirect water flow to allow their tentacles to extend fully without being damaged. They require stable water conditions (temperature ~76–80°F, salinity ~1.025, alkalinity 8–9 dKH, calcium 400–450 ppm, magnesium 1250–1350 ppm) and can be sensitive to rapid changes.
