These Neon lashes are bright on their own, but they truly shine and glow when under UV black light! Bright on their own, but glow out of this world under blacklight. Not your basic lashes, not your basic curls. 6-13mm full size trays contain 16 rows of lashes. There are 2 rows of each length. 14-17mm mini trays contain 8 rows of lashes. There are 2 rows of each length. Available in CC curl only. 5-8mm mini trays are recommended for bottom lashes . Additional Info: While vibrant, TLR Neon Lash Collection do not glow on their own.
